Workplace Performance Diagnostic
The purpose of the Workplace Performance Diagnostic is to assess and gain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of workflows, habits, and workplace practices of an individual, organisation or individuals within an organisation.
The objective is to identify productivity strengths, uncover bottlenecks, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to help drive better performance and wellbeing.

The process involves 4 distinct tasks, all of which are introduced during an initial 30 minute meeting.
Initial Meeting
This 30 minute meeting with you or your team sets the scene.

It's where we discuss the purpose of the diagnostic process, how it happens and what you/they can expect.
We also clarify that all information provided is 100% confidential*
*Any information disclosed by any participant that may pose a safety concern or may bring the company into disrepute may be passed on to the relevant individuals.

1:1 Conversations
These conversations provide an opportunity for staff to discuss challenges and bottlenecks that may not have been picked up via the questionnaires, or topics that they would like to discuss in more detail.

NOTE - not all staff are invited to have this conversation but no staff member is denied the opportunity should they wish to.
This 1 week Task Tracking exercise captures all the work related tasks and activities that are undertaken by you or your individual staff - where-ever they work from.

This data is captured old school, on paper with an app currently in development to support our neurodivergent team members or those that struggle with writing.
Final Report
The data from the questionnaires, conversations and task tracker is then collated, analysed and presented back to the you, your Senior Leadership Team or another appropriate individual/group.

The information is presented in a formal meeting and is accompanied by a formal written report.

The final report includes identified strengths, bottlenecks as well as recommended solutions.
