You already know what you should be doing. That's not the problem.
Most people who come to ProMind have read the books, tried the apps, and know what good looks like. The problem isn't information. The problem is that knowing something and actually doing it, consistently, under real pressure, with a full inbox and back-to-back days, are two completely different things.
Why 1:1 coaching, not a course or a book?
A Framework
A book gives you
General principles that may or may not apply to how you specifically work, in your specific situation, under your specific pressures.
ProMind 1:1 coaching isn't structured or instructional. It's a conversation. And the conversation is always grounded in what's actually happening right now, not a programme designed before we'd ever spoken.
Content
A course gives you
A fixed curriculum delivered to everyone the same way, regardless of what's actually come up that week in your working life.
A thinking partner
A coach gives you
Someone who knows your specific situation, holds you accountable to what you said you were going to do, and helps you figure out why you're not doing it when you're not.

How It WorksÂ
Phase 01
Weekly Momentum Sessions
60 minutes, online or in person. The first four weeks are weekly because that's what it takes to establish real momentum before life tries to push new patterns back out. We use this phase to understand exactly how you work, what's getting in the way, and what we're going to change first.
Phase 02
From week five, sessions move to fortnightly. You're doing the work between sessions. We're reviewing, adjusting, and reinforcing in each one. This is where new approaches start becoming habits rather than conscious efforts.
Longterm Behavioural Adaptation
Phase 03
Fortnightly Momentum Sessions
The minimum engagement is three months. Not because we need three months to tell you things, but because that's what behavioural science tells us is the minimum time for new patterns to genuinely embed. Open-ended beyond that, for as long as it's useful.
