When did your team ever get taught how to work?
Not what to work on. Not their technical skills. But the actual mechanics of how they manage their time, their inbox, their priorities, and their energy across a working week.
For most people, the honest answer is never. We observe, we mimic, we pick up other people's habits without ever choosing them. Which means most of us are carrying systems that were never deliberately designed and behaviours that were never deliberately taught.

ProMind does that.
We work with New Zealand organisations to close that gap, using real data rather than assumptions, and a structured programme long enough to produce genuine, lasting change.
Every engagement starts the same way: with a diagnostic that tells us exactly what's happening before we design a single thing. Here's how it works.
How It Works
Three steps. In order. No shortcuts, no templates
01
The Workplace Performance Diagnostic
Every corporate engagement starts here.
Before we design anything, we find out what's actually happening: how your team is spending their time, where energy is being lost, and what behavioural patterns are driving the outcomes you're seeing.
This isn't a survey or a gut-feel assessment. It's a structured, data-led diagnostic that gives us, and you, a clear picture of what's working and what isn't.
Priced at $1,000 — credited in full against any programme over $5,000
02
Building the Programme
Once we have the diagnostic data and a clear understanding of your goals as the leader of the organisation, we design a programme specifically for your team. Not a template. Not something we've delivered elsewhere and adapted for you. A programme built from what we found out about how your people actually work.
Programmes run for a minimum of 12 weeks. Not because we've decided that arbitrarily, but because that's what behavioural science tells us is required for new habits to genuinely embed. We can deliver shorter programmes if that's what you want, but we won't put our name to outcomes we can't be confident in.
03
Delivery and Implementation
A typical ProMind corporate programme has two phases.
Phase One
Delivery
Regular weekly sessions introducing new frameworks and building practical skills. Your team gets the tools they need to work differently.
Phase Two
Implementation
Goal setting, accountability, support and encouragement while your team embeds what they've learned. This is the phase most providers skip. It's the phase that makes the difference.
In Practice - What Changes
Real programmes, real organisations, real shifts in how people work.
Diagnostic + 12-week weekly programme
Richard Graham, Managing Director, brought ProMind in to work with his team on a diagnostic followed by a structured 12-week programme. The shift was clear and measurable across the team.
Less reactivity
More structure
Reduced stress
Fewer Interruptions
That kind of change doesn't come from a one-day workshop. It comes from sustained, supported behavioural change over time.
Currently in progress: ProMind is working with Edge Consulting on a 12-week programme for their team.

Workplace Performance Diagnostic
The starting point for all corporate work
Every corporate engagement starts with a Workplace Performance Diagnostic, priced at $1,000. This is a standalone piece of work that delivers real value regardless of what follows. If you proceed to a full programme, that $1,000 is credited in full against the programme investment.
Corporate programmes typically range from $8,000 to $15,000 depending on team size, programme length, and scope.
All pricing excludes GST. Sessions are delivered in person or remotely, with travel available across New Zealand. Exact programme investment is confirmed following the diagnostic.

Is This Right for Your Organisation?
If you’re looking for a one-day workshop that ticks a professional development box, we’re probably not the right fit, and we’d rather tell you that upfront than take your money and under-deliver.
If you’re serious about your team working better, not just knowing more, and you’re willing to commit to a process long enough to produce real change, let’s talk.
